Is there any possibility to create a new wf_deffered queue for a specific type of event.

Customer likes to know if there is any possibility to create a new wf_deffered queue for a specific type of event.

Please suggest , whether its possible and if yes please provide the steps or doc_id.

Any inputs would be truly appreciated.
