Change Default Themes for All Workspaces in Interaction Hub 9.1

We just upgraded PeopleTools to 8.54 for our Interaction Hub application.  We chose to convert all of the branding to use the PeopleTools branding system rather than Interaction Hub.  I have been mostly succesful in getting or custom branding applied but I have found that our work spaces are still using the delivered theme.

Is there a way to do a mass update of all of the work spaces so that they can use our custom theme?
