Question on File Server option when installing PeopleTools and PS Apps

My PS server configuration in 8.53/9.2 looks like this:

APP Server:

PeopleTools 8.53 Installed (options:  App Server, DB Server)

HCM/FMS/ELM 9.2 Installed (options:  App Server, DB Server)

PRCS Server:

PeopleTools 8.53 Installed (options:  Batch Server, DB Server, File Server)

HCM/FMS/ELM 9.2 Installed (options:  Batch Server, DB Server, File Server)

WEB Server

PeopleTools 8.53 Installed (options:  Web Server)

HCM/FMS/ELM 9.2 Installed (options:  Web Server)

When I am applying maintenance using the PUM installed CA, when the step(s) to deploy file like COBOL or SQR are executed, the deployer sends the COBOL / SQR source code to the correct PS_APP_HOME on my PRCS server (SRC\CBL\BASE and SQR folders) which have been designated the file server, but also sends them to the PeopleTools PS_HOME (SRC\CBL\BASE and SQR) folders.    Same behavior when the deployer sends SCRIPTS -- it goes to the PS_APP_HOME and PS_HOME.
