Error upgrading PT853 to PT854.

I'm running a PeopleTools 8.53.15 to 8.54.5 upgrade.  Was successful in our demo environment.  Took a copy of our production environment and got to "Migrating Records to New Tablespaces - Running the Tablespace Alter Script"  I keep running out of space when it's trying to insert into the temporary table INSERT INTO PSYPSFILE_ATTDET.   I don't know what the issue is and would appreciate any help.   We are using OLTP Compression (however our DEMO environment is not compressed).  Our PSIMAGE tablespace is between 5 and 6 GB.  The new PSIMAGE2 tablespace was created with a limit of 12GB and I upped
