FSCM 9.2.011: anyone successfully using this image with CA?

I had previously installed FSCM 9.2.010 on my machine (Windows 7 64-bit) and installed PT8.54.05 that came with the image.  I installed CA, and I created/applied packages without issues.

This week, I loaded the newly posted FSCM 9.2.011 in OVM, verified that the hub is running and I can log into EP92U011.  Though the manifest on the PUM Home page indicates that FSCM 9.2.011 was packaged using PT8.54.07, the PT854 client install from the image is actually PT8.54.08.  I uninstalled PT Client 8.54.05 on my machine and installed PT Client 8.54.08 that came with FSCM 9.2.011.  I uninstalled PT8.54.05 CA, and installed PT8.54.08 CA from the client install.  Using the newly installed PT8.54.08 CA, I see the usual "Welcome Page."  After I click Next, I get a Logging Event
