Month Close Check Points -RMS

Dear Support Team,

1.Could you please let us know what are the check points for month closing (to run salmth).

2.In most of the cases, Salmth batch will abort due to dept/class/subclass doesn't exists in daily_data / month_data /half_data_budge, that too for a single location

And even if we insert records manually into daily_data table and reset the batch, still salmth aborts.

Please advise..
