User should be Redirected to Custom HTML page instead of Registration Page in OAAM.

Hi,

We are working in OAAM project, we have requirement like when the user is not registered in OAAM, and when the user tries to access the URL which is protected KBA/OTP, user should be redirected to custom HTML page instead of Registration page.

Can you guys suggest us how to proceed for this requirement.
