Could not able to ship delivery

Hi Oracle Friends,

We are getting following message while performing ship confirm transactions for specific line.

RDBMS : 11.2.0.3.0

Oracle Applications : 11.5.10.2

Form Version : 11.5.699.11510.2

Referred following note id but suggested field not exists.

Error When Ship Confirm "Delivery can not be ship confirmed as Excisable Item in the shipment does not have Excise taxes" (Doc ID 1381003.1).

Could you please help on this issue
