Error during PTools upgrade using updPTU854 - Error: record(s) PTAI_ITEM_CNTXT, PTAI_OVRPGTBTLG, PTA

I am upgrading PTools 8.53.11 to PT 8.54.05. We have HCM 9.2 application. Has anyone experienced the above error. My PUM server is on Windows 8 and we have PUM9 and planning on applying PUM11 after the Ptools upgrade.
