Oracle Hyperion FCM and EBS Financials

Dear All,

    I am looking for a note or document which gives relevant information about the benefits of using FCM where EBS financials is in use.

    I would like to know the advantage and any use case or business scenario representing it if you can share that will be very helpful to me.

    In order to implement FCM the team should be familiar with what relevant skills.

    Please guide me.
