Failed to generate schema for message - via Consume Web Service Wizard

We are on Peoplesoft HCM 9.2 and Peopletools ver 8.53. I am trying to consume a BizTalk web service from our intranet using the Integration broker Consume Web Service Wizard.After the the wizard completes all the step it gives the following errors

Failed to generate schema for message . Does anyone here have faced the same problem and how was it resolved?
