How to re-create pi_home in PUM?

I see the pi_home is corrupted for FSCM and HCM application I don't see any files under scripts folder example:Z:\eb\NT\DBFile\bse\scripts I am unable to create change package using change assistant because of the corrupt pi_home,

help me in recreating the pi_home for both applications.
