Trying to create a link (URL) to a specific PeopleSoft component.

Trying to create a link (URL) to a specific PeopleSoft component, with the "add" action without having the values for the key list.  When I enter the link in address, it takes me to the login page but displays "Your User ID and/or Password are invalid".  If the user is not logged in, I want the login page to display but without that message.  Is it possible to create a URL to do this?
