Bug # 19682493 - ACA Eligibility Data Tracking

I have read the notes related to Bug # 19682493 - HCM Benefits ACA Eligibility Data Tracking, but it does not clearly state what is being updated or changed.

It says it "delivers new fields, records, views, PeopleCode and scripts to accomidate the additional requirements for tracking an employee's ACA eligibility status. A new ACA component Interface is also delivered to support these changes"

That is all I can find on the subject, which raises more questions than it answers. Does anyone have any documentiaton on exactly what this bug is fixing or updating?
