FCM - Integration tasks - passing paramters to EBS

We have successfully tested simple integration tasks : URL link to any screen in Oracle (customized/non-customized). It seems to be pretty straight forward to put right screen IDs into xml file and create new integration type in FCM. For sure, this is not our ultimate goal. We have raised SR but it's not moving forward : we are not able to pass even simple parameters of closing tasks (ledger ID, organization ID...) to Oracle. This is a pity. Has anybody succeeded in passing parameters to EBS V12(we are on FCM x.3 release)?
