Template Based Hire using Component Interface

Hello,

We have a requirement of receiving Hire feed from Taleo and loading it into Manage Hires component. To do this, I created a CI of delivered component HR_TBH_JOB (Template Based Hire) to pass the template values and load into PS_HR_TBH_HDR and PS_HR_TBH_DATA. However, I don't understand where to pass the template values in CI (Like FIRST_NAME, ADDRESS1, etc.), since the fields are dynamic in CI Collections. Has anyone faced this before? Any help will be appreciated.
