RSA Key Manager (RKM) for the encryption/decryption of web service credentials

Does the PeopleSoft Integration Broker support integration with RSA Key Manager (RKM) for the encryption/decryption of web service credentials? We want to call an external SOAP-based web service using Basic HTTP Authentication.  For the web service call, we would like to pull the credentials from the database and call a RKM client to decrypt the ID and password prior to inclusion in the SOAP message.  Can this be done, and if so, what PeopleTools releases supports this functionality.
