When a user goes to log into PIA, they receive a message that the app server is down. When we go on to the app server machine and look at the server status of each domain in psadmin, all the services show in DEAD status. Then, when we go to shut down, we get numerous errors, then restartsrv.exe starts automatically for that domain, and the services slowly come to idle again. They then last some amount of time, sometimes days, before they go DEAD again.
Here is what goes into the ULOG at restart. Nothing gets logged anywhere when they go dead:
