Unable to SFTP using process scheduler( AE program)

We are trying to sftp a file from process scheduler server to remote machine by running .bat file through AE program, this is erroring out with errorcode 8.

If we run the .bat file in the cmd window it works fine i.e file is FTPed to the remote server.
