Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. user is not able to cancel the release shipment against BPA for one item in Oracle

We have analyzed the issue and found that the user is not able to cancel the one rel# against BPA# for one item#

Steps:

User queried the BPA# , rel# , Line# , shipment# in PO summery form

Go to tools -> control
Selected cancel release shipments -> ok
Got the pop up message-> “Once the document is cancelled, it cannot be undone. Do you want to proceed” - > ok
Once select the OK-> as per the oracle standard functionality it has to give the pop up message ->“Control action is completed successfully. Please retry to see the changes”

But, user is not getting above message, when he selects the OK button in step4 and shipments were not cancelled for the release.
