How to create asynch message?

I have been assigning a task of creating integration with a 3rd party system. There are 4 steps to that integration. I know this has to be nonrowset based message and asynch one. But I don’t know where to start as I never created this kind of full integration.

  1. I access (via IB service) certain https URL  https://eservices.somecompany.com/b2bggs/Authentication?UserId=id&Password=pass1

… I have https link id and password and even when I access link and password in the browser, I get XML back with the info I need – acknowledgement

2.  When the above URL is accessed I get acknowledgement with the
