Error when selecting Web (PIA) Server option in PSADMIN tool

Hello everyone,

I am getting the below error very frequently on my webserver. I know this can be solve easily by reinstalling peopletools or even just use the startPIA/stopPIA command to manage webserver. But this is very annoying as we will have users who doesn't know the alternative to using psadmin to start/stop the servers. Anyone know of any permanent fix to this problem? I'm running on PeopleTools 8.54.07

PS_HOME /hcm/psft/pt854 doesn't have all of the required content installed to manage Web Servers.

Please re-install PeopleTools selecting Web Server during installation.
