Cannot Logon to PeopleSoft Test Framework - Throws Error HTTPS required for PTTST_CONFIG

Our environment:

Tools:  8.53.14

Installed PTF client successfully.   Setup the ANONYMOUS node with the PTF_Admin role, gave my PSADMIN account the PTF_Admin role.

We are using an F5 load balancer and use the URL https://ps92-dev-elm.xxxxx.net/ to access our day-to-day PIA.    We do have port 443 defined in the WEB profile of this domain.   In the F5, port 443 for Https and port 80 for http (report posting) traffic is defined.

When attempting to logon to the PTF client, i enter the database name, the URL of only (ps92-dev-elm.xxxxx.net), the PSFT_LM node and my PSADMIN credentials.
