Promo/Event Codes on Pick Label - Version 14

We have a requirement to include the Promo or Event Code on the Pick Label for merchandise that is sourced from our warehouse stock to support the upcoming event.  My questions are:

1) Does Allocation 14.1 allow the user to assign an Event or Promo Code to allocations that are sourced from a warehouse (not tied to a purchase)?

2) Does RMS 14.1 allow the user to assign an Event or Promo Code to transfers that are sourced from a warehouse?

3) Does RWMS subscribe to that information and is it associated to the stock order?

We're open to other alternatives to address the use case of notifying the store receiving associate that the merchandise that arrived from the warehouse is for an upcoming sale event.
