Unable to download data from nvision when the row count exceeds 65k

Hi Guys,

We are facing issue while downloading data from ps nvision when the row count is exceeding 65k even though the excel is on 2010 version.Currently our application is on 9.1 and tools is on 8.51.Please let me know if there is any fix availble for this issue.
