Regarding on upgrade applications from 14.0 to 14.1

Hi All,

We have test environment set up for MOM suite application with version 14.Now we want to upgrade applications to V 14.1

I found Upgrade guide in Metalink Documents.

In Upgrade guide it is mentioned that If you choose to upgrade RMS, the installer launches the ORPatch utility to upgrade the database schema.

Where i can find the orpatch utility on e-delivery cloud or do i need to raise an SR on metalink for the same.
