Dunning on Days Overdue - licensing coverage
Hi,
We want to use the standard Days Overdue method for our new R12 dunning plans - on Account level.
Currently, we are migrating from R11 Days Overdue method and would like to have no impact on the R12 Collections licence policy.
Our understanding is that if we want to preserve the current days definition from the R11 dunning letter set setup, we need to utilize an Aging Bucket in R12.
We need to follow the original R11 business definition in days, however, none of the existing Aging Bucket fits to our business needs.
Questions:
1.
If we create a new one in AR and then use it in the Collections dunning plan, is this within the standard license coverage (no extra licence needed) ?
