Clarification on Totals and Rules in ReSA

Hi ,

While calculating rules through wizard in ReSA , I don't find any window where I can define the condition. So that when that condition is met rule is satisfied and if not, throws an error.

There is only one condition where it is written presence or absence of condition but we don't define much thing while defining errors.

Is there any automated thing which populates the Realms based on error and Record type if not why I am getting some Realms automatically.

please help me with these clarification.
