Does anyone know if there is logic in Oracle Workflow to detect if an email has already been sent on

Does anyone know if there is logic in Oracle Workflow to detect if an email has already been sent once and not send it again?


ORACLE sent an email notification about this PO problem every two minutes from the time it was rejected , until I fixed the PO this morning.      Is there any possibility to get the system to stop doing that & just send ONE notification?
