Post People Tools Only Upgrade 8.54-FSCM9.1 cobol does not work

Team,

I just upgraded my people tools from 8.52 to 8.54, installed the required cobol software and compiled & linked the cobols. The people tools delivered sample cobol processes are working fine, however, application cobol (GLPPPOST) does not work. Please find the attached log for more details.

We have not upgraded the application (FSCM9.1), so we just use the existing cobol sources files of application. we are having different location  for PS_HOME and PS_APP_HOME. I compiled both separately, however, application COBOL does not work, also enabled the cobol sql trace and attached in the log.

Your assistance would be highly appreciated.
