Other Professional Qualifications not going for approval

We want to setup approvals for the Employee Self-Service -> Professional Details -> Other Professional Details.

We have AME rule setup for this function.

But we don't see any approvers in the review page.

When we take the transaction_id and test using the Test Real Transaction in Test Workbench of Approval Management, we are able to see the approvers.

But when an amployee is adding some data using the Other Professional Qualifications, in the review page we don't see any approvers and it is getting saved without approval.

We tried adding the parameter &pApprovalReqd=YD to the function. But still same issue.
