IEX Dunning Plans - sending a single letter per bucket

Hi Colleagues,

We're running Oracle Financials 12.1.3 and have applied the latest IEX RPC Feb 2015.

We're running Dunning Plans using an aging bucket. We are not using any advanced features of IEX - only the basic functionality.

We've setup some test customers, and created some delinquencies for them. Now each time we run the IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers process, a new dunning letter gets emailed out. Even if we've already sent one to the customer for the same bucket.

Does anyone know how to stop Oracle sending out the same letter each time the IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers
