Autosys adapter for Peopletools jobs not posting to report repository

Greetings all,

I have been using the "Autosys adapter for PT" to submit jobs in the PRCS (PT8.51.15), and it has been working perfectly for years, but running on a windows 2003 machine.  We recently received a "patched" version from CA so we can migrate to an x64 platform, now anything submitted to PRCS from the new adapter, successful or not, gets hung in distribution status "posting", with output never written to report repository.  I am seeing absolutely no error messages in the appserver, PRCS, or webserver logs.  The old and new adapters are using the same file servers, same Autosys environmental
