RTLOG loaded but getting weird values in sa_tran_head and sa_tran_tender tables

RTLOG loaded but getting weird values in sa_tran_head and sa_tran_tender tables, we are testing the new 13.2.8 version

We have a 13.2.4 in production, we just upgraded out test environment from 13.2.4 to 13.2.8 and testing the new system via loading new RTLOG files.

We created a new Store and a fresh RTLOG file and getting the same result. We have now almost loaded 20 rtlogs files for different stores and dates and getting the same results.
