Peopletools 8.53 to 8.54 upgrade - UPG_ORGINST_TMP error

So in my DEMO database I have started the Peopletools upgrade and at first I got this message during the "Running the Initial Alter Audit" process :

Warning: UPG_ORGINST_TMP - alter failed because SQL table does not exist. (76,7)

But then I copied that table over from my PROD instance over to DEMO and restarted the "Running the Initial Alter Audit" process and get the following error:

 

Problem Description

SQL Build process began on 3/26/2015 at 2:54:17 PM for database SADMO. 

Error: UPG_ORGINST_TMP - Table space name is required for this platform (76,44) 

Error: UPG_ORGINST_TMP - Alter process was unsuccessful. (76,42)
