ARM/FDMEE - Location and Target Application

Hello,

Is it possible to set FDMEE up so that one location can have multiple target applications?

In our case and for one ledger specifically, our users load data by location that hits our HFM target application.  This data, that is already loaded for HFM, will be the same data that should be used for reconciliations inside of ARM.  What I don't want is to force my users to have to re-load data just to hit an "ARM specified location" when the data already exists.
