Monitor & Trace data files
We use the monitor and trace feature in the WebGUI extensively but are often hindered by the 2000 call record limit. Most of the time the data is being used to examine call failures and problems after the fact, so we can't always tweak the filters to limit the data that is being recorded. We are a high traffic environment and the data rolls over in a short amount of time. I was wondering if anyone knew where on the SBCs the data is being stored, so we can periodically pull the data off directly from them.
I know the official answer would be to purchase the Operations Monitor product, but the licensing cost for it is prohibitive for us, for what we are looking to do with it.
