Logging in to Web GUI using RADIUS always grants user priveleges

We have RADIUS authentication setup for our 3820s. Everything works fine when logging in via SSH. However, if I login into the Web GUI, I am always given user-level privileges, even if the RADIUS server returns userclass=admin for the user. The same user is granted admin privileges when logging in via SSH. Based on the webuguiguide, this should be working as we expect it to - the user should have admin priveleges. 

 

If I use the built-in admin account to login, everything works fine, but that doesn't meet our requirements. We'd like to be able to extend RADIUS authentication for Web GUI logins as well. We're on 6.4.0 m5.
