SBC went Out of Service after Version Upgrade

Hi Team,

 

After Installed the new version, we give reboot as per procudre.But Box went to out of service.

We connect via console and found the below alarms.

processor number     : 0
file name            : /tffs0/nnSC610m11p12.gz
inet on ethernet (e) : 172.28.142.68:ffffffc0

target name (tn)     : SGSBC011

Can't load boot file!!

 

It seems while file we transfered from local system to SBC via FTP not in Binary mode which the box shows above alarm.
