tool to verify/simulate translations and routing?

I am looking for a way to verify or simulate translations and routing within the SBC being applied to a call.  I had a issue where an OB call had a long post-dial delay due to the call first going to the wrong carrier, that call being rejected and then hunting to the correct carrier.  Is there a method to check the complete logic the SBC used to make its decisions(what realms are traversed, what session agents, which LRT, any EMUN drips)?  Can this all be viewed?

If I could have seen the logic used I could have seen the wrong carrier attempts long ago.  This would also be nice if I could test the SBC call logic before going into production to ensure all was well before deployment in the field.
