Double NAT traversal in the SBC?

Hello everybody,

 

I'd like to hear your points of view on the following, the scenario we're looking at is a double nat between the sbc and the endpoints.

 

What's being reported to us is when the phone stands in the middle of the nats (SBC>NAT1>PHONE>NAT2), calls are ok, but when the phone is behind two nats (SBC>NAT1>NAT2>PHONE) The call is stablished but theres no audio.

 

I think the second NAT is changing ports and this is affecting the media.

 

Is the SBC capable of dealing with two consecutive NATs in order to have audio in the calls?
