Seeing High Burst rate on SD6300 but not seeing the ConEX value.

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

We are observing that the Max burst rate value in show sip agent command is showing 210,99,116… and the ConEx value is showing 0 but we have already set the max-inbound and outbound burst rate as 45 in all SAs.

 

The concern is , If burst rate is exceeding the constant value 45, then why the ConEx is showing 0.

 

& secondly,  if ConEx is not exceeding then why Max burst is showing more than 45.
