ETC has high percentage

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

I have an Oracle 3820 sbc with an ETC percentage of 92%.  This SBC has stopped taking calls.  In our configuration we have 4 pairs of 3820's.  2 pairs at 2 seperate locations.  So with 1 3820 out of the water we are still ok operationally.

 

However,  we have another SBC approaching the threashold and I have not been able to get a response back from Oracle on the best course of actions.
