block storm of 503 or another release messages

Hi guys  I hope you are doing well.

 

I'd like to know a mechanism/feature in the SBC to manage/contain possibles storms of messeges such as 5XX 6XX 4XX, the past week we saw how the SBC's CPU hit the sky in a production environment 'cause the service provider when I deliver the calls started to relase with 503 messages, was an outage. Te performance of SBC was affected for this reason plus the atempts of clients trying to establish calls.
