Call Admission Control

This might be a simple question, however as i am new to this field, i feel that i need to ask
this question question regarding CAC behavior on Session Agent level. I noticed that enabling CAC on an incoming SA, once constraints are reached a “503 Service Unavailable” is provided to the signaling part where the call can be re-routed or provide a proper response to the caller. However, enabling CAC on an outgoing SA, once constraints are reached a “404 Not found” message is provided and the caller receives a message “This is not a valid number”. This gives a completely wrong message to the caller especially if constraints are reached for throttling purposes.
