Question about real capacity of a interface

Hi guys,

 

Last week a receive i call from support team for inform me that when the interface of e.i ACCESS of SBC4500 go upto 800MB , calls starting to have poor quality or drop. 

I would  like to know if acme have a document explaining the capacity of SBC4500 traffic links and also if can i active some mechanims for know then this condition arrive.

I found to ACLIs  under phy-interface : overload-protection and network-alarm-threshold but dont find enought information under oracle config guide and ACLIs guide, somebody have implected ? can share with me the advantages?
