Hi,

I use SD4500 HA CX6.2. SD has 2 physical interfaces, one in access side, one in core side.

Before opening this case, I deeply read this topic on acmepacket community.

The problem is when the SIP device is muted, it stops sending RTP towards SBC and do not notify SBC through SIP.

So due to timers, SBC release the call after 300 seconds.

Our final customer is using mute in such situation: many participants (tens and sometimes hundreds) are joining a phone bridge, everybody mute its phone, except the chairman who speaks during several hours. So particapnt are disconnected every 5 minutes (300sec).

Howdy, Stranger!
