Audio issues with Grandstream phone

Hello everybody!

 

I have this scenario where I'm using a Grandstream GXV3275 phone.

 

Test have been run whe the phone is behind nat and directly facing the sbc and the results are very simmilar.

 

What's being noticed is that it is supposed to recieve an audio prompt, but when it arrives to the phone, the audio is somehow choppy and incomplete (a trace capture displays some jitter other quality related parameters in high values, I'm showing the screenshot of the decoded audio):

 

 

 

There are no changes in the media manager config (latching is enabled), do you guys think that change (disabling latching) could work?
