HNT questions

We use HNT on our ACMEs and I have a user that is successfully registering (the ACME sends back an expire of 45 sec), then registering again 30 seconds later, but from a different Layer3 port, so the ACME thinks it is a new registration and sends back an expire of 45 seconds again.  I believe the NAT is closing and the UA keeps sending from a different port.  Why isn't the ACME lowering the expire timer?  The nat-interval is set at 30, so I don't understand why the ACME doesn't start at expire of 30.
