CDR difference between NN3820 and NN9200

Hi,

We have NN3820 and NN9200 deployed  and the radius accounting cdr is pulled into 1 server. Found that the cdr information for "Acme_Local_Time_Zone" between NN9200 and NN3820 is different:

-          NN3820 “Acme_Local_Time_Zone             GMT+08:00”

-          NN9200 “Acme_Local_Time_Zone             GMT-08:00”

Both 2 system (NN9200 and NN3820) have the the same timezone configuration and connect to the same NTP: Minutes from UTC(negative if past UTC): -480. This behavior between NN3820 and NN9200 is different by design or defect?

NN3820 using software version: SCX6.3.7 MR-1 Patch 3 (Build 154)

NN9200 using software version: SD7.1.0 MR-5 GA (Build 635)

attached the sample cdr for NN9200 and NN3820

Howdy, Stranger!
